Jocelyn is a conservation architect who has lived in Murrayfield since 1996. She is an active member of the Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland and looks forward to considering a wide range of planning issues as a co-opted member of MCC.

Jim is a Company Director and Management Consultant who has lived in Murrayfield for 30 years.


David MacLennan
(Licensing Convener)
David has lived in the Wester Coates area for over 40 years and is a contact for the Wester Coates Amenity Society. He is a retired lawyer.
Dave Dawson
Dave is a retired Depute Head Teacher, who has lived in the Baird area for over 30 years with his wife Patricia. He's interested in local community issues, especially parking, flood defences and events at Murrayfield Stadium.
Liz Robertson
Liz enjoys living in Edinburgh and the Murrayfield area. She is interested in local issues, health, education, transport and the environment.
Hamish Ross

Hamish Ross is a former school teacher and University of Edinburgh lecturer. He is now a software developer and lives in Murrayfield.

Stella has lived in Coltbridge since 2014 with her partner and children and has an interest in local nature and wildlife, education, issues affecting young people and active travel

Barbara is a former town planner and policy & research analyst who retired from local government with Falkirk Council in 2006. She is Secretary of Friends of Roseburn Park and is interested in environmental issues, transport and nature conservation. She has lived in Murrayfield since 1977.


Gill Scott
(Donaldson Community Association)
Gill is an experienced senior leader who having retired as HR Director of Aegon UK in 2022 now supports organisations with their people and executive agenda. She is REMCO chair for the National Farmers Union (Scotland) and chairs the Board of Foursquare (Scotland). Gill and her husband have lived in the Donaldson area for nearly 10 years and are passionate about making our communities welcoming and inclusive.
