Frequency of ordinary meetings

Following clashes of meeting times with school holidays, it was decided for 2009 to reduce the frequency of the ordinary meetings (at present 8 p.a.), held in public, to six per year for a trial period of a year. This will result no doubt in some further meetings being held in private (“in committee”) to thrash out details not so appropriate for public meetings.
