Tramways -- Coltbridge Viaduct

There had been complaints that the proposed walkway beside the Coltbridge Viaduct went over a private garden, and a request had been made for it to be located on the other side. Despite a site visit, the Local Authority Committee had voted in favour of the original proposals.
