Establishment of a group, “The Friends of Roseburn Park”

The Community Council considered that it would be very useful if such an organisation could be set up. This would give the local community an input into the possible uses and amenity of the Park. However, so far it had not been possible to persuade anyone to take the lead in doing this. Councillor Edie has said that he would appeal for help in setting this up in his newsletter and the Community Council would be interested to hear of any people interested in this.
