Proposed Waiting Restrictions in Russell Road

A further set of waiting restrictions has been proposed by the City Development Department for Russell Road. It is proposed that double yellow lines (no waiting at any time) be introduced on the side opposite Roseburn Maltings from the Royal Mail Sorting Office to Roseburn St (reference TRO/08/17/ADY). It is intended to advertise these proposals formally at an early date. The congestion and obstruction caused by parking of vehicles in Russell Rd has been raised in the Community Council and the implementation of these propsals should greatly ease this.
