Consultation open for Day Services for Older People

I am writing to inform you that the on-line version of the Consultation for Day Services for Older People is now live and can be accessed through the link below. The consultation period has been extended until the end of February 2012.
Options for Consultation:
On-line www.edinburgh.gov.uk/dayservicesconsultation
Hard Copies: - If required, hard copies of the questionnaire are available and these can be sent out to individuals and organisations who would prefer to use this method. These can be obtained by phoning 0131 529 2485.
Consultation Forums: In addition, there are 3 citywide consultation forum meetings arranged. These are for older people, service users or carers . Places will need to be booked by phoning 0131 529 2485.
Wednesday 25th January am - European Room, City Chambers
Thursday 2nd February am - Midlothian Suite, Lothian Chamber
Friday 10th February am - Midlothian Suite, Lothian Chambers
