City Car Club bays - Russell Road

The City Car Club has submitted an application for parking bays on Russell Road. The formal notice and plans can be seen here (344KB PDF). City of Edinburgh Council says:
"Formal submissions of objections to the proposal are now invited. Should you wish to submit an objection to the proposal, please do so by the date shown on the attached notice quoting the appropriate notice reference number. If you have any queries, please contact Mr John Richmond on 0131 469 3765."
The deadline for objections is 16 February 2010
